Hello, Safari Zone users! A small but important update from us here at HQ, letting you know that we have streamlined how we are running. Please see the information below.
- All HQ members have Administrator ‘powers’ and therefore…
- …all HQ members are of the same level. There is no hierarchy amongst them - the only ‘split’ is the teams in which they will be focusing on, as will be seen below.
- New “Forum Leads” will be overseeing the Moderators on the forums, and they are: @Ho-Oh , @Dragon and @Flower_Child. Ergo any questions regarding the forums will primarily go to them (however as the outlier, promotion procedures will be covered by all of HQ still).
- Previously, you might have noticed that the Team Leads were automatically enrolled into HQ (therefore taking part in all of its doings) and therefore all had the same role. Team Leads can now opt out of being in HQ affairs if they feel they cannot, either due to not wanting to participate in community-wide topics or because they do not have the time to. As a result, you will notice a change in said person’s role.
- However this does not mean they are not Team Leads for their relevant sections - they will just not be partaking in any HQ affairs at this point in time.
